What Lights You Up

When we live through traumatic experiences, we often come out of them feeling broken. No longer whole. Not worthy. On some level, it may feel necessary, but over time we tend to let ourselves be defined by our brokenness. Because I have felt this way and carried this label myself, I’m going to share some deeply personal experiences here. I’m doing this because I want you to know that it is possible to heal. You really have to be on to that inner voice and challenge it. This is not who you are. You are not broken. You do not have to suffer.
