During Mental Health Awareness Month, I am exploring all of the feelings: good, bad, and ugly. No one wants to talk about difficult emotions, yet we all experience them. We are doing ourselves a disservice in our continued attempts to avoid pain. The life of a human being is about contrast and balance. That means opening ourselves up to the awareness that maybe we’ve been doing it wrong. This episode introduces the ways that we keep ourselves stuck and explores alternatives to approach the hard things.
