Let’s talk about how you got to that place where the only thing that feels “right” at the end of a long, hard day is a drink. The truth is that you’ve trained yourself to desire alcohol to the extent that it’s become an automatic response to your need to feel better. If you’ve trained yourself in the desire, you also have the power to re-train yourself! Contrary to popular belief, all of the tools you need to stop drinking too much are already in your possession.
