There are so many of us out there in the world, functioning just fine on the surface but dealing with a lot of turmoil internally. The one thing that holds us back from pursuing any of our self-improvement activities or personal goals is our perceived shortcomings (held firmly in place with all of the seemingly reasonable excuses).
