Life has a way of challenging us to connect with other humans in unexpected ways. When we feel conflicted, it is usually coming from a place that guides us to re-examine our deeply held values and beliefs. See it as an invitation to explore yourself instead of snapping to judgement of others. This approach can work with major world events like pandemics and wars. It can work with forming new friendships or choosing a hair color. We are constantly faced with choices. When we rise to the challenge, we can also come to awareness that sometimes “this or that,” can be replaced with “this AND that.” Give it a try.
