What do you think I mean when I say, “feel better”? What comes to mind? Recently, I’ve had the realization that some equate that statement to toxic positivity. It was so interesting to learn that could be the interpretation, because it was never the intent.
I have always acknowledged that we have our highs and lows. This is a necessary part of the human experience. However, with a few shifts in perspective, you will be able to get to the business of greater self-awareness and navigating yourself the more difficult moments in life that will serve your highest purpose. I’m going to share three of those shifts with you in this episode.
