Our beliefs are very powerful. They can either hold us back or propel us forward. Applying a binary mindset on top of those beliefs can send us into the space of right and wrong, this or that. Only two options. I want you to know there are truly endless options available to you. Whatever beliefs you hold, you can certainly keep them if they are serving you. But consider other ways your life experience could open if you release all or nothing thinking for just a few moments and explore.
