I have a confession to make: I have been raging internally for several weeks now. I have my reasons and I am firmly rooted in them. We have all had our buttons pressed as we navigate life and especially from 2020 on. How do we experience the world around us and keep our sanity? I don’t think that it is by ignoring our moments of rage. In fact, if we suppress it or ignore it, that could ultimately be detrimental to ourselves and those within our proximity. It is better to acknowledge and explore why our rage is present, then channel and transform that energy into something better. I do not hold back here. I will call out exactly what is pressing my buttons. While you may not agree with it, I encourage you to replace my triggers with your own in this particular story and explore your own possibilities for growth.
To hear me coached on the matter that I bring up here, subscribe to the new collaborative podcast with my friend, Liene, Moms Getting Mental. Episode #3 is being released at the same time to coincide with this one. Also, check out the private Facebook Group for MGM.
