Something you may not often hear from a life coach is that thought work is NOT the be all, end all. It is a great place to start, yet there is so much more to consider. How often do we deeply connect to our bodies and our intuition? When we don’t do this, either we haven’t developed a relationship of trust in ourselves, or we are deeply immersed in our thoughts about what is “right” or “wrong” based on our emotional attachments to another person.
This is a brief solo-cast where I am going to provide my own high-level understanding of how every part of us is interconnected and when one part is out of alignment (or even out of commission) for whatever reason, the whole is impacted. I will give you specific examples of how this has shown up in my own life. How is it manifesting for you?
