I’m continuing the conversation about mental health awareness this month and I’m not shying away from a very heavy topic. Please be aware that I will discuss worthiness and also its relationship to how we choose to live or how sometimes in our darker moments, we choose alternatives. While there are brief references, the overarching message is that we seek our self-worth from generally three areas of life. I believe strongly this is an important topic to face which is exactly why I’m going there. I hope you’ll join me, yet I understand if it’s not your jam this week.
