What do you do when you the thrill of reaching your goal doesn’t seem to be there anymore? You pushed through the initial challenge, now what? As I see it, there are two major types of change in our lives. Those that we choose for ourselves and those that are chosen for us. I’m going to talk about the former today, including how to recognize when you are becoming complacent and ready to throw in the towel. Learn how to see your goals all the way through once and for all. It won’t always be comfortable, but it will be worth it. The truth is, if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. And you are always in control.
