If you have ever uttered this phrase, this is your episode. I have certainly stated this many times during my life so far because no one really explained how love works. We learn about love first from our parents and then from all of the life experiences that follow. We learn about love through the ways that others treat us. What we don’t learn is where love really comes from, and I’m here to remedy that. I will also share one of the most impactful ways to shift your perspective when you are dealing with other humans that can absolutely strengthen your relationships.
