It’s been another week of disruption on the streets and online, though that may not be a “bad” thing. While disruption is chaotic when you’re in the throes of it, consider that sometimes the results are beneficial. We try so hard to please everyone around us and it’s exhausting. Now is not the time to strive for perfection. Take messy action with the only expectation to learn and to grow. You’re going to be criticized anyway – and you’ll be okay.
